Product features:
1. LH electric hoist bridge crane has the advantages of compact size, low building clearance, light weight and small wheel pressure.
2. This product is mainly suitable for operation, assembly, maintenance and loading and unloading operations in mechanical processing workshops, auxiliary workshops of metallurgical plants, warehouses, material yards, power stations, etc. It can also replace ordinary double-beam bridge cranes and be used in production workshops of light textile industry and food industry.
3. The working type of this product is light and medium, and the working environment temperature is -25-40ºC. It is forbidden to use it in flammable, explosive and corrosive media environment.
4. This product has two forms of ground and operating room operation. The operating room has two types of open and closed types. It can be divided into left and right installation according to actual conditions. There are three entry directions: side, end and top.
Product configuration:
1. three-in-one motor: insulation grade F, protection grade IP54, with overheat protection and alarm function, the motor housing is made of aluminum alloy drawing, good heat dissipation.
2. three-in-one reducer: hardened gears to increase load-bearing capacity; good housing sealing to prevent lubricating oil leakage;
3.Electrical components: the protection grade of the electric control box is not less than IP54
4.Wheels: The wheels are forged with 65Mn alloy steel to reduce wear, fatigue resistance, and long service life.

Safety protection device:
1.Overload limiter Overload system: The safety monitoring system is equipped with an overload limiter, and the load value is displayed in real time on the display screen to remind the operator to prevent overloading;
2.Automatic detection system: Before starting, the controller will perform self-checks, including the power supply voltage, whether there is a phase loss, the availability of each safety protection device, and the zero position of the button;
3.Upper and lower limit switches: A four-contact spiral lifting limit switch is set. When the hook approaches the upper and lower limits, an alarm prompt is issued. When the upper and lower limits are reached, the power supply can be automatically cut off to stop the motor from running. It has a self-reset function so that the motor can only run in the opposite direction. The lifting mechanism adopts double limit protection to prevent the hook from hitting the top.
4.German wire rope: Use German original wire rope, the breaking force is not less than 2160N/mm2, and the safety factor is not less than 5.
