      The electric hoist has a wire rope drum in the middle, which is suspended on the overhead crane beam made of I-beam by a trolley. A conical rotor motor with brake is fixed on one end with a flange, and the power is transmitted to the reducer at the other end by a transmission shaft. The decelerated power is transmitted to the wire rope drum, driving the hook to lift. The traveling trolley is a small conical rotor motor. After deceleration, the power is transmitted to the traveling wheel, and the trolley can move along the I-beam. Driven by the traveling device of the trolley, this overhead crane can complete the tasks of lifting and moving positioning.

1.CD1 and MD1 wire rope electric hoists are commonly used lifting equipment in industrial and mining enterprises, railways, docks, workshops and warehouses. They can be installed on straight or curved I-beam or single-beam cranes for lifting heavy objects, and can also be installed on double-beam hoist, gantry hoist or cantilever crane.
2.CD1 and MD1 wire rope electric hoists are small and light lifting equipment with the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, small size, common parts and components, and easy operation. The reducer adopts hard tooth surface transmission design with high mechanical efficiency. The motor adopts conical rotor brake motor with upper and lower bidirectional limit devices.
3.CD1 electric hoist has only one lifting speed; MD1 electric hoist has two lifting speeds: fast and slow. It can lift smoothly and accurately, and is mostly used for precision loading and unloading, sand box mold closing, machine tool maintenance and other fine operations.

Motor
The hoist motor is a conical rotor with brake, our motor is one of the best quality motors, it has more torque. So it can adapt to frequent moving.

Wire Rope
The lifting ropes meet the export ISO standard. The guide ropes are drummed and will not slide sideways when slack. The safety factor is six for the nominal breaking strength of the rope.
