Product Description
1. Purpose
MG gantry crane is designed and manufactured according to the standard GB/T14406-93, and is mainly used for loading and unloading and transporting materials in open-air storage yards. This machine has the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance and light weight.
2. Structural form
MG gantry crane is composed of double main beams, outriggers, upper end beams and lower end beams. The gantry is divided into box-shaped, truss and box-shaped and truss mixed forms, which are welded by steel plates and steel sections. For easy storage and transportation, the main beam, outriggers and lower cross beams are connected by bolts.
3. Lifting mechanism
MG gantry crane uses motor, reducer and drum as the lifting mechanism. The trolley assembled by them can run along the main beam. For details, see the random general drawing.
4. The trolley running mechanism of MG gantry crane is composed of motor, reducer and large wheel, or the trolley running mechanism is composed of cycloidal pinwheel reducer and large wheel.
5. The conduction forms of MG gantry crane are divided into cable and sliding line. Users can choose one of them. The data in the chart is based on the sliding line.

1. MG gantry crane adopts box-shaped double-beam welded structure, with large working space, convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance.

4. The power supply of MG gantry crane has two types: cable reel type (divided into left and right ends) and sliding line type (divided into left and right ends), which can be selected by users.
5. The driver's cab of MG gantry crane has a wide field of vision and a linkage control console inside, which is flexible, balanced and comfortable to operate. Fans, heat blowers, air coolers, air conditioners, intercoms, etc. can also be added according to user requirements.
Applicable occasions
MG gantry crane is suitable for loading and unloading and lifting and handling operations in open warehouses, material yards, railway freight stations, port terminal cargo areas, etc. It can also be equipped with a variety of supporting lifting equipment for certain specific operations.
The normal operating environment of MG gantry crane should be within the range of -25ºC--+40ºC, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35ºC. The altitude of other installation and use locations shall not be higher than 2000 meters. If it is higher than 1000 meters, the motor capacity should be checked. When selecting, the user should indicate the high and low temperatures of the working environment and the type of power supply.
