Product Description
HB type explosion-proof wire rope electric hoist is suitable for explosive gas environments formed by flammable gas, steam and air in factories with explosion-proof levels not higher than Class B or Class C and ignition temperature groups not lower than Group T4 (135°C). The applicable hazardous areas are Zone 1 or Zone 2, not Zone 0.
Note:
Zone 0: Under normal circumstances, explosive gas mixtures appear continuously, frequently in a short period of time, or exist for a long time.
Zone 1: Under normal circumstances, explosive gas mixtures may appear.
Zone 2: Under normal circumstances, explosive gas mixtures cannot appear. Under abnormal circumstances, they may occasionally appear for a short time due to equipment failure or misoperation.

1. The electrical components of the electric hoist include: lifting and running motors, control boxes, control buttons, limiters, etc., all of which are self-contained explosion-proof equipment.
2. Use a soft cable power supply introducer.
3. Take explosion-proof measures for mechanical parts to prevent friction and collision during the operation of the electric hoist to produce high-temperature sparks, and treat the relevant parts.
(1) Inject an appropriate amount of mechanical oil into the lifting and running reducer.
(2) Apply grease to the drum and wire rope.
(3) The left and right stop blocks on the limit rod and the limiter sleeve of the limiter are made of bronze or stainless steel.
4. The surface temperature of the electric hoist during normal operation is not higher than 110ºC.
