Rotating suspension beam magnet double beam bridge crane
QL type rotating hanger beam EOT mobile crane is one of the derivative categories of general bridge cranes and one of the mechanical equipment for short-distance material handling in modern industrial production. It is widely used in workshops, warehouses and other places, greatly reducing the intensity of physical labor and improving production efficiency.
Equipped with a rotatable hanger beam, this crane is suitable for indoor or open-air fixed spans, such as steel mills, shipyards, ports, yards and warehouses, for loading, unloading and transporting steel plates, profiles, coils and other materials. It is particularly suitable for lifting different specifications and occasions that require horizontal rotation. The hanger beam is a cross structure, which is reliable and safe and has a certain swing function. It can carry special lifting tools such as electromagnets or clamps under the hanger beam.
It usually consists of a metal structure, a lifting trolley (hanger beam), a trolley operating mechanism and an electrical control. On the lifting beam, the lifting mechanism drives two roller groups. After deceleration through two reducers, the lifting and lowering of the hanger beam is completed under two hooks, thereby achieving the purpose of lifting materials. All mechanisms can be controlled by the cabin or wireless remote control.
The ambient operating temperature of the crane is generally between -20 and 40 ºC, and it is not suitable for use in places with strong corrosive gases and flammable and explosive places. When used outdoors, it must be equipped with rainproof equipment.
