Main features

3. The excitation coil is treated with special process to improve the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil. The heat resistance grade of the insulation material reaches C grade, and the overall insulation of the suction cup reaches H grade, with a long service life.
4. The rated power-on duration of ordinary electromagnets is increased from 50% to 60%, which improves the efficiency of electromagnets.
5. High-temperature electromagnets adopt a unique heat insulation method, and the temperature of the object being sucked is increased from 600ºC to 700ºC, which expands the adaptability of electromagnets.

6.The quality of products shall be inspected and accepted in strict accordance with the contract ,drawings and processes. Problems found shall be handled immediately and quality records shall be made. Unqualified products are not allowed to leave the factory.
7.Establish a complete product file to ensure that there is a contract for ordering, a record for production, an account for inspection, and a certificate of conformity for warehousing.
8. The ex factory products are free of collision, complete in accessories,intact in appearance, complete in formalities and satisfactory to the user.
