The grab is only suitable for bulk materials in a naturally stacked state. When grabbing underwater materials or special materials, it must be specially mentioned when ordering.
This crane can be used indoors or outdoors. When used outdoors, a rain cover device is added.
The electric grab bridge crane relies on the longitudinal movement along the factory track, the lateral movement of the trolley, and the lifting and opening and closing of the grab to work. It is a derivative series of electric general bridge cranes.
This machine is suitable for the handling of bulk materials such as ore, limestone, slag, mineral powder, coke, coal, sand, etc. in fixed spans indoors or outdoors in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry and other industrial departments.
The environmental temperature for the promotion of this crane is: -20~+40ºC, relative temperature ≤85%.
This crane has two configurations. When the grab opening and closing direction is the same as the crane running direction, the assembly form (Type I), when the grab opening and closing direction is perpendicular to the crane running direction, the assembly form (Type II). The rated lifting capacity of this machine includes the grab weight.
The grab is divided into three types: light, medium and heavy according to the material to be grabbed, and is selected according to the grab characteristics table. When used outdoors, it is equipped with rainproof equipment. At this time, the total weight and wheel pressure of the crane increase by about 5%. When ordering, the lifting capacity, span, lifting height, working level, and grab opening and closing direction should be clearly stated.
