Electric hoist and working principle:
The electric hoist has a wire rope drum in the middle, which is suspended on the overhead crane beam made of I-beam by a trolley. A conical rotor motor that can brake is fixed with a flange at one end, and the power is transmitted to the reducer at the other end by a transmission shaft. The decelerated power is transmitted to the wire rope drum, driving the hook to lift. The walking trolley is a small conical rotor motor. After deceleration, the power is transmitted to the walking wheel, and the trolley can walk along the I-beam. Driven by the walking device of the trolley, this overhead crane can complete the tasks of lifting and moving positioning.
Product features:
The overall layout of the electric hoist is parallel type (C-type structure), that is, the drum device is arranged in parallel with the motor through the reducer, with small size, compact structure and high space utilization;
The hoist lifting drive adopts the original German 2/12-level lifting motor, working level M5, lifting double speed or variable frequency, accurate positioning, the shell adopts aluminum structure to reduce its own weight, and the motor gears are all ground and processed, with a hardness of more than HRC60 and a precision of 7, so that the whole machine has stable performance, high efficiency and long service life;
The product adopts modular design, reasonable force structure, good grouping, stable starting and braking, humanized design of various parameters, and convenient and simple maintenance;
The electric hoist adopts German 1/4 rope DIN standard hook, compact structure, good performance, small swing of hoisted objects;
The control electrical part adopts German Schneider main component electrical appliances, stable performance, high sensitivity, long service life;
Horizontal guide wheel devices are designed at both ends, and the hoist runs smoothly;
The electric hoist adopts a reverse roller device to replace the counterweight box of the traditional low-headroom hoist, reducing its own weight while the whole machine runs stably;
The hoist is equipped with a device for crane overload limit and operation status recording, which can automatically record the power outage status of the crane, the number and duration of lifting operations, automatically judge and record power failure, lifting motor overload and overcurrent failure, continuously monitor the lifting load, judge and record heavy load. The device sends an alarm signal to remind the user when a fault occurs, and cuts off the power supply of the lifting motor when overload occurs to ensure personal and equipment safety. The recorder adopts non-volatile data storage technology, and the recorded data can be stored for a long time. The recorded data is read out by a computer, based on which the use of the crane can be analyzed, which is convenient for users to promptly discover and deal with potential dangers, so that the crane can be used safely.
